Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Frederick, Colorado is requesting sealed Bids for the Bella Rosa Parkway over Tritown Drainageway – Interim Culvert. All sealed Bids are to be delivered to Frederick Town Hall (front desk) at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530 by 2:30 p.m. local time on June 8th, 2015; and clearly labeled “Bella Rosa Parkway over Tritown Drainageway – Interim Culvert” Bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The project generally consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation activities including: 1) staging and mobilization; 2) clear and grub; 3) remove and dispose of concrete, asphalt and existing waterline; 4) earthwork including excavation, placing, and compaction of materials as necessary to construct the project; 5) dewatering; 6) subgrade stabilization; 7) install riprap and bedding; 8) hauling material off-site 9) traffic control 10) seeding. Specifically, including all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings; and final grading and seeding of disturbed areas; and miscellaneous items necessary for a complete and functional project. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Wages, Federal Labor Standards, HUD-4010, and Section 3 compliance. This is also noted under the general Instructions to Bidders and the Instructions to Bidders in the CDBG-DR infrastructure forms in the contract documents.
