The Town of Frederick, Colorado is requesting sealed Bids for Tipple Parkway Improvements. All sealed Bids are to be delivered to Frederick Town Hall (front desk) at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530 by 2:00 p.m. local time on April 14th, 2017; and clearly labeled “Tipple Parkway Improvements.” Bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The project generally consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation activities including: 1) staging and mobilization; 2) removal and/or mill existing asphalt pavement, remove exiting culverts, and remove miscellaneous other existing items; 3) earthwork including excavation, import, haul, placing, and compaction of materials as necessary to construct the project; 4) construction of new reinforced concrete box culvert and reinforced concrete pipe driveway culverts; 5) basecourse, full depth new asphalt pavement, and overlay asphalt pavement; 6) striping and signage 7) storm water and erosion control; 8) traffic control; 9) coordination with utility companies; 10) miscellaneous appurtenances as prescribed in special provisions or detailed on the construction drawings. Specifically, including all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings; and final grading and seeding of disturbed areas; and miscellaneous items necessary for a complete and functional project.
