Summary of Specifications:
Furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation activities including: 1) staging and mobilization; 2) clear and grub; 3) erosion control; 4) utility coordination 5) excavation and drainage improvements; 6)concrete trail and plaza area; 7) water feature; 8) lighting; 9)landscaping. Specifically, include all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings for a complete and functional project.
