Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Frederick, Colorado is requesting sealed Bids for the WCR 16 Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements. All sealed Bids are to be delivered to Frederick Town Hall (front desk) at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530 by 2:00 p.m. local time on January 7, 2014; and clearly labeled “WCR 16 Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements” Bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The project generally consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation, excavation, haul, placing and compaction of materials, concrete, pipe and riprap placement as necessary to construct the WCR 16 Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements Project. Specifically, including all labor and materials for cut, fill and compaction of material; construction sidewalk and outlet structures; installing pipe and riprap; and miscellaneous items necessary for a complete and functional facility.
