Summary of Specifications:
. Furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation activities including: 1) clear and grub site; 2) grading including excavation, import, haul, placing, and compaction of materials as necessary to construct the project; 3) installation of culverts; 4) construct 8-foot wide concrete trail; 5) construct 12-foot wide roadbase road; 6) install bollards and signs; 7) seeding and mulching; 8) miscellaneous appurtenances as depicted in the planset. Specifically, include all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings for a complete and functional project.
