All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to construct the Highland Lake Park project including replacing the existing dirt parking lots with concrete and gravel parking lot improvements to provide ADA parking, premanufactured vault restroom and shade shelter, fences, lighting, revegetation of the existing parking/drive areas, and a concrete boat ramp. The ultimate project will include a fixed foundation fishing pier, but the fishing pier project will be completed by others under separate contract (Solicitation 2021-008 Highland Lake Fishing Pier: Design-Build Services).
