Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Mead (OWNER) will receive sealed Bids for the Vale View Subdivision, Asphalt Pavement Repair project until 2 P.M., June 14, 2013 at the Town of Mead, 441 Third Street, P.O. Box 626, Mead, CO 80542, attention Linda Blackston, Town Clerk. Bids shall be clearly marked "Town of Mead – Vale View Asphalt Pavement Repair Project". The bids will be publicly opened at 2 pm on June 14, 2013. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Town Hall, 441 Third Street, Mead, CO 80542 on June 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. A site walk of the location for the project will follow the pre-bid conference for any interested parties. The work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to perform the full site asphalt pavement repair per plans, located in the Vale View Subdivision, which is located in the Town of Mead. Work includes but is not limited to full depth asphalt pavement replacement in designated areas, and complete asphalt pavement overlay for the whole site. Work also includes local traffic control, coordination with home owners and the Town of Mead, raising and adjusting sanitary manholes and water valve boxes, and ditch regrading and repair as needed.
