ITB-STU M935-003 - PEDESTRIAN & STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS

Summary of Specifications:
The services will generally consist of street and storm sewer construction. Contract Administration will be conducted by the Town of Nederland. The Town of Nederland is seeking bids from qualified vendors. Contractor services will consist of all work necessary to provide all qualified personnel, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct the project in accordance with the Contract Documents. All documentation and work will be in accordance with the Town of Nederland requirements, CDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, and applicable CDOT M&S Standards. This project is receiving Federal and State grant funds that entail the construction comply with the record keeping and submittal requirements associated with FHWA/CDOT local agency projects. FHWA Form 1273 (Required Contract Provisions – Federal Aid construction Contracts) will be made a part of the Contract for this project.
