The Town of Pagosa Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified land use, planning and zoning consultant firms and individuals to lead a comprehensive update for our Land Use Development Code and Zoning Map to ensure consistency with our 2018 Comprehensive Plan, and other adopted long-range plans.
The Town intends to conduct a public engagement process to guide the development of a Land Use Development Code that includes best planning practices, graphs, charts, tables and infographics that will create a user-friendly format that can be easily navigated by the public, boards and staff.

RFPs are due by Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 12pm.
