Description

The Owner is seeking to complete a two hundred and seventy-five (275) feet (+/-) segment of trail at River Center Park, which is located 680 S Pagosa St, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. The bidder will have conduct site preparation, design and construct wing walls for the pedestrian bridge (no culvert work necessary), and repave the segment of trail that extends to the river and fishing dock. The bidder will also have to coordinate the project timing with that of the River Center fishing dock replacement. The Owner will coordinate with both parties to ensure a timely installation of both items.
