Summary of Specifications:
Construction of approximately 620 LF of two (2) lane roadway with on-street parking thru the project site along with auxiliary lane and on-street parking areas on roadways adjacent to the site. Base bid work includes approximately 3,100 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt, 540 SY of Concrete Pavement, 2,200 LF of Curb & Gutter, and associated erosion control, landscaping, irrigation, signal modification, and street lighting. Bid Alternate includes the construction of approximately 200 LF of on-street parking area and associated streetscape improvements, and approximately 150 LF of median construction.
