IFB-Larkspur-09-01 - Larkspur Park Enhancement Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Larkspur, hereinafter referred to as the Town, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified firms for design, construction, and installation, as applicable, of parking areas, water and sewer lines, pad for pre-fabricated restrooms, irrigation system, park pavilion and picnic shelter, new lawn in park center, horseshoe pits and sand volleyball court, pathways, and appropriate signage and plantings for the Town’s Park Enhancement Project. Separate sealed bids will be received by the Town of Larkspur, 9524 S. Spruce Mountain Road, Larkspur, CO 80118 until May 5, 2009, at 4 PM. Questions regarding this IFB will be accepted until 4 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2009. Any questions on this IFB or the bidding process may be directed to Matt Krimmer, Town Manager, at 303-681-2324. Bids will be opened at the Town Hall, 9524 S. Spruce Mountain Road, Larkspur, CO 80118 on Monday, May 7, 2009. This IFB may be awarded to one or more vendors as determined to be in the Town’s best interest.
