Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Parker is seeking to develop a mobile device application for use on smart phones/tablets to advance constituent service to Town residents. The successful vendor will be responsible for each aspect of the development of a mobile app from design and content through the final delivery. As an end product, the Town’s customized mobile device application will allow Town residents to access and receive important news and information on their mobile device. The successful vendor will provide hosting support for the application and necessary technical upgrades.
