Construction of approximately 500 lf of two (2) lane roadway to extend Pikes Peak Court east to Pine Drive. Work includes approximately 1,700 sy of 7 in concrete pavement, 1,000 lf of curb and gutter, 800 sy of concrete sidewalk, 525 cy of concrete retaining wall, 700 lf of 8” water line, 600 lf of 2” conduit, plus associated erosion control, stormwater infrastructure improvements, signing, pavement markings, erosion control blanket, and seeding/mulching work.
