Construction of a regional detention pond located north east of the intersection of Pine Lane and Crown Crest Boulevard on a 5.6 Acre site. Work includes approximately 13,000 cy of earthwork, construction of an outlet structure, installation of approximately 300 cy of riprap and approximately 115 sy of grouted boulders, crusher fines and concrete trail, installation of reinforced concrete pipe and plastic pipe, associated erosion control, and seeding/mulching work.
