Summary of Specifications:
The Town has recently constructed a Public Works Facility located at 4800 Goodman Street. The Town envisions landscaping to be located along the Goodman Street corridor and along the front of the building, which is located on the west side. Part of the landscaping project will include designing and building a monument sign that will be located at the driveway entrance to the facility. Section 16.2.15, Landscape Design, and Section 16.2.16, Buffering and Screening Techniques, from the Timnath Town Code shall be followed when designing the landscape.
