ITB-879.0616.00 - Town of Timnath - Harmony Road Phase 3

Summary of Specifications:
The contract provides for the construction of: reconstruction of Harmony Road as a 4 lane arterial road with landscaped median. The Phase 3 roadway improvements are approximately 3,500 linear feet along Harmony Road from approximately 500’ west of the Great Western railroad tracks to approximately 375’ east of the Three Bell Parkway (LCR 3) intersection. Work will include: traffic control measures, pavement removal, earthwork, relocation of utilities and adjustment of valve boxes and manholes, installing storm sewer, cast in place box culverts with headwalls, median curb and gutter, placement of aggregate base coarse and hot mix asphalt pavement, and landscaping with irrigation system.
