The project is at the intersection of First and Pearl in the Town of Bennett's newer development area.

The Town desires to secure the services of a qualified firm to deliver the construction and all related construction work for this project to include but not be limited to grading, subgrade preparation, paving, concrete walks, curbs, gutters & ramps. Included should be all utilities extensions & connections as an add alternate as shown in plan documents.

The current condition of the site is dirt road. This street abuts the existing Les Schwab, and Farmers & Merchants Bank commercial sites, and will extend from CO SH 79 ( First Street), east beyond the current Cedar Street intersection to the future Adams Street intersection.
