Additional traffic improvements include, but are not limited to, signing and striping. Traffic Control All traffic control plans must be furnished by the Contractor to Project Engineer for the Town’s and CDOT’s approval prior to the commencement of work. Permitting The Contractor is responsible to obtain all required permits required for completion of work from the Town of Bennett and the State of Colorado.
