Description

The Town of Eagle, Colorado is excited to announce that we are seeking proposals for an automated accounts payable workflow solution to enhance our current financial software and processes. We are looking for a system that can streamline accounts payable processes, improve transparency, and interface seamlessly with our existing tools.

The ideal solution provider will have experience with small local governments and include:

Customizable accounts payable workflow
Status transparency for items within the process
User Dashboard for approvals and other actions
Document storage and viewing capabilities
Credit/purchasing card solutions
AI or OCR component for process automation

The deadline for proposals is November 8th at 3:00 pm. Proposal requirements are detailed in the attached RFP document.
