Proposals are due by September 27, 2024, at 5pm pm MDT. Please submit one digital copy in PDF format to the email address below. Hard copies can be mailed or dropped off at Eagle Town Hall if necessary. However, digital formats are strongly preferred. If a hard copy is submitted, you must notify Brian via email or telephone to confirm receipt. The Bidnet submission portal will not be monitored. Submissions must be made via email or hard copy.
