Eaton Public Library (Library) seeks a consultant to find answers to two questions:
1. What do residents of the Library’s service area want and/or need from the Eaton Public Library?
2. How can the Library best meet the desires of the community through added services or improved, expanded facilities?
The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting research; interviewing community members, staff, and board members; analyzing results; providing a written summary of the research; and recommendations, including prioritizing needs, which will inform the next steps relative to the update of the strategic plan and future space planning.

Questions and Clarifications shall be submitted via email to Amber Greene, Library Director agreene@eatonco.org no later than 4:00 pm, local time, on February 29, 2024. Oral
comments, responses, and/or representations shall not be binding upon the Town.

The Eaton Public Library will receive sealed bids for the Community Needs Assessment until 4:00 pm (local time) on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the Eaton Public Library, 132 Maple Ave, Eaton, CO 80615. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened.

Proposals shall be submitted on a flash drive in a single PDF file and four (4) hard copies. The proposal must be formatted to print on 8.5" x 11" pages. The proposal must be limited to 30 single-sided pages. Except as indicated in this RFP, all pages will be counted, excluding proposal covers, cover letter, dividers, etc. The RFP number, name, and due date must be noted on the outer envelope label, otherwise, the proposal may be considered as non-responsive to the RFP.
