Description

Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to provide professional assessment and planning services related to consideration and evaluation of existing housing, affordable housing, and current land use/zoning code impediments or opportunities the town faces with current conditions, regulations, and housing stock, and options for future affordable housing.  Identification of potential policy updates to either incentivize and/or reduce barriers to affordable housing will also be needed, including suggestions related to local planning and policy priorities.
