The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of:
Provide traffic signal maintenance services for twelve (12) traffic signals, including quarterly and annual inspections and maintenance, unscheduled or emergency repairs, and any extra work as requested by Town. Signal locations include: Arapahoe Road & 111th Street, Arapahoe Road & 119th Street, Arapahoe Road & County Line Road, Austin Avenue & County Line Road, Erie Parkway & Flatirons Meadows Boulevard, Erie Parkway & Meller Street, Erie Parkway & County Line Road, Erie Parkway & Powers Street, Erie Parkway & Briggs Street, Erie Parkway & Colliers Boulevard, Erie Parkway & Weld County Road 5, and Weld County Road 5 & Colliers Boulevard.
Each service cost shall include furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and personnel necessary to provide the services as described in the contract documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with Erie Standards and Technical specifications. Scheduled quarterly maintenance to be completed in March, September, and December. Annual maintenance to be completed in June.
Selected vendor needs to be able to respond on site to any unscheduled maintenance request within 12 hours of request.
