RFP_07_24_24 - Preconstruction Services - Frisco PFAS Mitigation

The Town of Frisco is seeking proposals from Contractors to provide preconstruction consulting services as outlined in the RFP for the Frisco PFAS Mitigation project. The current design includes construction of an additional water treatment facility at the existing Well 7 location, inclusive of a new building, media pressure vessels, associated piping and equipment, associated electrical and instrumentation, approximately 400 linear feet of 8-inch buried pipe, two chemical storage rooms, a new driveway, and site improvements.
 
This RFP is for presconstruction consulting services only.  The Town is already contracted with a design consultant for the project, and a separate RFP/contract is anticipated in the future for construction services.
