Description

     The Town of Palisade requests qualifications from Consultants for Construction Management Services to provide on-site construction management and inspection of the above- captioned project.
     Town of Palisade is seeking bids for the construction project along HWY 6 from Palisade High School to Iowa Avenue. The project includes construction of attached and detached multi-modal concrete sidewalk along the south side of Highway 6, stormwater improvements, ADA ramps, and associated site grading and restoration. The new path will be constructed in CDOT right-of-way The construction advertisement set is located on the Towns website.
     Funding is from the 2023 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) that funds multimodal projects in both the incorporated and unincorporated areas, federal funding from Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), and the Town of Palisade. Therefore, all services must follow the Colorado Department of Transportation’s requirements for construction management, inspection, and record keeping, including Davis Bacon requirements.

     Statements of qualification shall be emailed no later than 4:00 p.m, Tuesday, August 27, 2024 to Janet Hawkinson; jhawkinson@townofpalisade.org.
     A firm will be selected by end of business day Friday, August 30, 2024. A “Notice to Proceed” will be issued shortly thereafter. The selected firm will be bound by the current Town of Palisade Continuing Services contract.
     Questions shall be emailed to jhawkinson@townofpalisade.org by Tuesday, August 20, 2024 and a response will be provided no later than close of business on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
