Sealed bids together with guarantees for construction of the Town of Silt: I-70 Water Main Crossing (2023) project will be received by the Town Clerk until 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Silt Town Hall, 231 N. 7th Street, Silt, Colorado. Bids may be mailed to Town of Silt, c/o Town Administrator, P O Box 70, Silt, Colorado, 81652. Bids will not be accepted by email or facsimile. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted without prior written approval by the Town Administrator.

Disclaimer invitation for bids may be cancelled by the Town at anytime. The Town may reject all or any part of a bid when it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept what is, in its sole judgment, the best bid and to waive any informalities of a trivial nature.
