Description

The selected Contractor will design, advise, assist, consult, and provide recommendations to the Owner. The Town is looking for a Contractor to provide technical skills such as design drawings, cost estimates and hire and managing subcontractors. The Town is looking for a company to propose solutions and recommendations to find the best final design and then proceed to implementing the designs to construction.
The following services will be required, but the services will not be limited to those defined in the following sections.

Conforming to 41 pinto designs for the kitchen remodel

Conform to rec center structural beam designs

Procurement of office furniture and bottle fill stations and installation.

Design/build of office space walls in accordance with Town preferences for each location.
