Representatives of Town and the Design Team will be present to answer questions. Any questions which, in the opinion of the Town’s Representative, cannot be answered by direct reference to the Contract Documents will be answered by formal written Addenda. The Pre-bid conference will include a tour of the site of the work.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory.

The Town, its employees, the Town Manager, Town Engineer or any entity assisting the Town in the RFP process shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Bidder for the preparation or presentation of the proposal and/or in participating in the competitive process contemplated in and by this RFP.
