The Town of Snowmass Village Housing Department is requesting roof replacement bid proposals for the Mountain View II Affordable Housing Rental Buildings (3).
This roofing work consists of removing and replacing all the shingles with a 40 year or greater life span asphalt shingle. This bid will also include ice and water shield, flashing and all other necessary materials to complete the roof replacement.
Interested Contractors may submit sealed proposals to the Snowmass Village Housing Office,
P.O. Box 6156, located at 555 Deerfield Drive, Snowmass Village, Colorado until 3:00p.m. Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
The Town of Snowmass Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the proposal which is in the Town's best interest. Bids will not be opened in public and this work may not be necessarily awarded to the lowest bidder.
Proposals must include an attached qualifications summary with previous job references. Proposals will only be accepted from contractors licensed to perform work in the Town of Snowmass Village.
