211-80-4006 - 2024 Town of Wellington Roads Concrete Repair Project

Sealed Bids from contractors will be received by the Town of Wellington (hereinafter referred to as “Town”), at the Municipal Services Building 8225 Third Street Cleveland Avenue, Colorado, 80549 until 3:00 P.M., our clock, on Friday April 26, 2024 for the 2024 TOWN OF WELLINGTON ROADS CONCRETE REPAIR PROJECT.  At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract generally provides for concrete work repairing sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, and cross pans within six (6) blocks along 3rd Street, add alternate work includes additional concrete repair work along two more blocks of 3rd street.  Work for the project is generally located within the Old Town portion of Wellington and includes the following streets:

· 3rd Street – Cleveland to McKinley
· 3rd Street – McKinley to Roosevelt

• 3rd Street – Roosevelt to Lincoln
• 3rd Street – Lincoln to Kennedy
• 3rd Street – Kennedy to Tyler
• 3rd Street – Tyler to Jefferson
• Revere Court East Cross Pan

• 3rd Street -  Harrison to Garfield
• 3rd Street - Garfield to Grant
• Wilson Avenue

• Traffic Control
• The removal and replacement of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, crosspans, aprons, drive approaches, inlets, and pedestrian access ramps
• Placement of granular base patching adjacent to new concrete edge
• Project cleanup
