Description

The University of Wyoming (the “University”) is soliciting proposals from professional and qualified suppliers (“Suppliers”), through this Request for Proposals (RFP), for the design and installation of a new automated vehicle/bus wash system at the Transportation Services complex in the existing wash bay area. We are interested in being able to keep our fleet and equipment clean. Work on this project can begin once all approvals and contracts have been executed and must be fully completed no later than Dec 31, 2025.

Event Note

Suppliers planning to submit proposals are strongly encouraged to be represented at a pre-proposal site visit meeting for this RFP. The optional site visit for this project will occur on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 9:00 am (MT). This visit will give suppliers a chance to conduct an on-site assessment of current system including current infrastructure, equipment, and coverage.

Any costs associated with attending this site visit shall be the full responsibility of the Supplier. Additionally, to limit group sizes Supplier attendees should be limited to only staff necessary to bid on the project. Questions regarding walk through should be emailed to Jon Babcock jon.babcock@uwyo.edu.

The optional site visit will be held at the UW Transit Complex Facility at 9:00am (MT).
