The University of Wyoming (University) is seeking assistance from a research development and evaluation firm (Supplier) to provide broad-based technical assistance to support the development and review of small, medium, and large scale federal and non-federal grant proposals. This Supplier should have experience in grant management, team science, proposal development, and strategic assessment and evaluation. The selected Supplier will assist the University in increasing competitiveness for federal and private sector contracts and grants. This will be accomplished by evaluating and matching University strengths and priorities with funding opportunities and teaming with faculty to prepare competitive grant proposals. The goal is to increase research capacity, competitiveness, and both federal and non-federal research funding at the University of Wyoming.
