All questions regarding this Request for Proposal must be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M. MT Thursday, October 7, 2021 on the BidNet online bidding system. Any questions received after the question deadline will not be accepted or considered. Telephone or email questions will NOT be accepted or considered.
***Before 2:00 P.M. MT on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, interested parties must complete, sign, and upload the completed and signed Form of Proposal from the "Paratransit On-Demand Dispatching and Scheduling Software and Hardware" document along with any issued Addenda and all requested and required detailed proposal/responses for consideration by the University of Wyoming.***
All proposal submissions must be submitted to the University of Wyoming through the BidNet website before 2:00 P.M. MT on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, as instructed within the RFP document.
Email, hardcopy, or fax responses will not be accepted in lieu of the online submission.
RFP responses will only be accepted through the BidNet system.
***Allow adequate time for your documents to upload on BidNet. If your documents have not finished uploading at the 2:00 P.M. deadline, the system will lock you out, and your submission will be deemed incomplete if you do not have ALL the required documents uploaded.
