The University of Wyoming (the University) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Zoom Video Communications, Inc. for a one (1) year campus license renewal term, including but not limited to the items identified in the table below. Any purchase order resulting from this proposed sole source will be governed by the University of Wyoming’s Terms and Conditions and a fully executed agreement.
Any interested party that believes it can comprehensively provide a comparable product as noted above, shall submit a Statement of Capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the specifications can be met.
University of Wyoming will only accept or consider electronic submissions received in BidNet’s electronic solicitation portal on or before 2:00 PM (MDT) on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Submissions received after this date and time or received outside of the BidNet portal may not be considered. The University shall be the sole judge in reviewing responses with regards to quality, performance, and price.
This notice is issued for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive quotes or proposals. Information received will be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive solicitation. A determination to not compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the University.
