Weld County School District 6 is seeking proposals from qualified site location consulting firms (Consultant) to complete a site re-use feasibility analysis that will assess existing site and building conditions to help determine the re-use feasibility of the site by the District, with the goal of informing a property use strategy to be supported by Weld County School District 6 and all internal and external stakeholders. This study shall include a thorough assessment of existing buildings, infrastructure and equipment, District needs, and a high-level analysis of the site’s context within those needs
