This bid is for the following: collection containers, transportation of containers, and incineration in an approved incinerator for biomedical waste, collection containers and disposal of acceptable pharmaceutical waste disposal. Bidder will also provide free online training resources for Blood Borne Pathogens, DOT, Post-exposure, HAZCOM, Biohazardous waste, and general safety training resources. Bidder will also document the destruction of the biomedical waste.

The maximum file size to upload to BidNet Direct is 500 MB. PDF format is required. Emailed bids must include the following statement on the email: “I hereby waive my right to a sealed bid”.
