A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 28, 2022 10:00 AM MDT/MST, Meet at the 1401 N. 17th Ave facility, if needed we’ll travel to multiple additional Weld County facilities if required. The 1401 N. 17th Ave Facility is located in Greeley, Colorado. Bidders must participate and record their presence at the pre-bid conference to be allowed to submit bids. The purpose of this conference is to allow firms which may submit a bid an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this bid. Contractors must sign in and be in attendance during the entire mandatory pre-bid walkthrough to submit a bid. Appropriate identification is required.
Contractor company is required to be within 2-hour travel distance and have an office within 90 miles from 1401 N. 17th Ave, Greeley CO.
The Contractor company must be Uniprise Certified Installer in the state of Colorado.
At least one technician working on this project shall be BICSI (Building Insdustry Consulting Service International) certified.
All staff or agents of the contractor must be full-time employees. Contractors utilizing independent contractors, temporary employment or sub-contracting the work will not be permitted.
