B2000192 - Cisco Video Arraignment

Weld County is requesting proposals for hardware, software, licensing and professional services for Cisco video products to be installed in Weld County courtrooms and the Weld County jail facilities.  Please refer to the requirements below for specifics.  A detailed and itemized parts list must accompany the bid response.

The purpose of this solicitation is to define tasks, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities to deliver a Cisco video environment which meets the defined scope below. Weld County is requesting a Cisco video solution for the Weld County judicial and municipal video arraignment process. The requested solution utilizes Cisco Expressway, Cisco Room Kit, and Webex technologies. Weld County has been performing video arraignment for 10+ years using Polycom Group 500 endpoints and Edgewater edge protect video routing. The current environment is completely segmented from the Weld County network running on dedicated equipment. Internet connectivity currently exists through the Edgewater edge protect for municipal courts and an Aruba for judicial court arraignments. All internal arraignments are kept in the Weld County private network. The Cisco video units must work in conjunction with the existing Polycom units until completion of the project. Weld County utilizes Cisco networking equipment, Fortinet security appliances and Edgewater video border gateway for existing equipment. Weld County is a Cisco Unified Communications environment utilizing Cisco CUWL Standard Licensing.
