Bids will be received for the above stated merchandise, equipment, and/or services up to, but not later than: January 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM (Weld County Purchasing Time Clock). The submitted bids will be read over a Microsoft Teams Conference Call on January 12, 2022 at 10:30 AM. To join, call the phone number and enter the Conference ID provided on page one of the Bid Specifications or you are invited to attend the bid opening in person at the Weld County Administration Building, St. Vrain Meeting Room, 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631.

Emailed bids are required. Bids may be emailed to bids@weldgov.com. If your bid exceeds 25MB please upload your bid to https://www.bidnetdirect.com. The maximum file size to upload to BidNet is 500 MB. PDF format is required. Emailed bids must include the following statement on the email: “I hereby waive my right to a sealed bid”.
