During the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference, Weld County will only answer verbal questions.

Bidders must participate and record their presence at the pre-bid conference to be allowed to submit bids.

Proposals will be received until: October 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM (MDT) (Weld County Purchasing Time Clock). The submitted proposals will be read over a Microsoft Teams Conference Call on October 13, 2021 at 1:30 PM (MDT). To join, call the phone number and enter the Conference ID provided on page one of the Bid Specifications.

Emailed proposals are required. Bids may be emailed to bids@weldgov.com; however, if your proposal exceeds 25MB please upload your proposal to https://www.bidnetdirect.com. The maximum file size to upload to BidNet is 500 MB. PDF format is required. Emailed proposals must include the following statement on the email: "I hereby waive my right to a sealed bid".
