Proposal Delivery to Weld County:
Emailed proposals are required. Email proposals to bids@weldgov.com; however, if your proposal exceeds 25MB please upload it to https://www.bidnetdirect.com. The maximum file size to upload to BidNet Direct is 500 MB. PDF format is required. Emailed proposals must include the following statement on the email: “I hereby waive my right to a sealed proposal”. An email confirmation will be sent when your proposal is received. Please call Purchasing at 970-400-4222 or 4223 with any questions.
Deadline for Proposals
Proposals will be received until: October 19, 2022, at 10:00 AM (Weld County Purchasing Time Clock). The submitted proposals will be read over a Microsoft Teams Conference Call on October 19 at 10:30 AM. To join, call the phone number and enter the Conference ID provided on page one of the RFP or you are invited to attend the bid opening in person at the Weld County Administration Building, Fort St. Vrain Meeting Room, 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
