Weld County seeks a solution that can provide both Agenda Management and integrated live streaming capabilities for our public meetings by elected officials. . All public web and employee facing systems must be fully compliant with ADA standards as documented in WCAG 2.1, error free at the A and AA levels. Historic documents and related meeting proceedings will be migrated into the selected vendor system as part of this bid. There are about 416,000 documents in the current SQL database, which is approximately one (1) TB in size.
