1. Email. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), emailed bids are required. Bids may be emailed to bids@weldgov.com; however, if your bid exceeds 25MB please upload your bid to https://www.bidnetdirect.com. The maximum file size to upload to BidNet is 500 MB. PDF format is required.

2. Emailed bids must include the following statement on the email: "I hereby waive my right to a sealed bid". An email confirmation will be sent when we receive your bid/proposal. Please call Purchasing at 970-400-4223 or 4222 with any questions.
