The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor to enable Weld Re-4 School District to construct and bore an underground fiber utility connecting the District Administration Building with the District’s new Elementary School at Raindance. The Town of Windsor will participate in the project between the District Administration Building to the intersection of WCR 64 and Covered Bridge Parkway. The estimated total project length is 3.75 miles.

All Contractors planning to submit Proposals are required to attend a pre-proposal meeting starting at 2:30 PM on August 28th, 2023 at the District Administration Building (1020 Main St., Windsor CO). A virtual site “walk” will provide an overview of the route from the starting point to the completion point. Route maps will be given at this meeting only. Attendance is mandatory to receive the route maps. This will provide an opportunity for Contractors to gain a better understanding of the scope of work and the requirements of the project. You do not need to RSVP.
