Summary of Specifications:
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number for BAY COUNTY, 11th Street Resurfacing Project (Beck Ave. to Florida Ave.) No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of Florida Department of Transportation qualification (current FDOT certificate of Qualification) in the following work categories: 1) Flexible Paving, 2) Hot Plant-Mixed, Bituminous Structural and Surface Courses, 3) Grading and 4) Drainage. Proof of payment of all Bay County taxes must be included in the sealed bid submittal.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work consists of but is not limited to asphalt pavement milling and resurfacing, installation of sidewalk curb ramps at intersecting roadways, replacement of traffic loops and some drainage improvements.
