Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking Proposals from firms to provide for the construction and deployment of a minimum of five (5) concrete artificial reef modules at least sixteen (16) feet tall within the Small Area Artificial Reef Site (SAARS) D permitted area located three miles south of Panama City Beach Pier in the Gulf of Mexico at a depth of seventy-four (74) feet as further described in Attachment A Scope of Work and Attachment B Deployment Plan.

This project is funded by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (Division of Marine Fisheries Artificial Reef Grants Program) Grant Agreement FWC-15102 (Attachment C).
