Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for the Bay County Health Department Restroom Upgrade Project will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM local time on July 8, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 11-26 for Bay County Health Department Restroom Upgrade Project. No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of current licensing with the State of Florida. License shall be attached to the outside of the sealed bid submittal.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor will be responsible for supplying all permits, materials and labor necessary to upgrade the Men’s and Women’s Restrooms in the Clinic area of the Bay County Health Department located at 597 West 11th St., Panama City, Florida 32401. All work completed will be in compliance with the current Florida Building Code.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 23, 2011, at 10:00 AM, at the Bay County Health Clinic located at 597 West 11th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401.
