RFP-15-21 - CEI Services for Frankford Avenue Sidewalk Construction

Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Qualifications from firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services and Resident Compliance Specialist (RCS) Services for the Frankford Avenue Sidewalk project. The construction consists of concrete sidewalk along the west side of Frankford Avenue from 16th Street to 23rd Street and along the east side of Frankford Avenue from 16th Street to 20th Street. The estimated time to complete the construction is 275 days. The CEI contract time shall be 45 days following the closeout of the construction contract. The project is being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Project (LAP) Agreement (#435256-1-68-01).
