ITB-11-03 - Cherry Street WasteWater Facility Demolition

Summary of Specifications:
All buildings, paving, and structures are to be demolished to one foot below grade, all resulting material be removed from the site, clean fill be brought in, graded, and any disturbed areas seeded, please see Exhibit 1. In addition, Contractor will be required to properly remove and dispose of any asbestos. Please refer to Exhibit 2 in solicitation package. The demolished material that is removed can be disposed of at the County’s Steelfield Landfill, the County will be responsible for all Landfill fees.
